Incredibly rude staff. Even though the ice cream was good, rude and unfriendly staff can easily ruin the entire experience and leave a negative impression of the shop. When ordering ice cream, I simply asked a question and was ignored. The staff appeared visibly irritated and unhelpful. On top of that, the ice cream scoop was noticeably underfilled, which felt quite unfair considering the price paid. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We had a lovely experience at this café located in Walther Square. It features both indoor and outdoor seating and a section dedicated to Loacker chocolate products. The staff were friendly and attentive. We tried the hot chocolate from their excellent menu—it was absolutely delicious and worth recommending.
