It was a bit tricky to get a table at this place, since it's located in the quite busy area. Once I and my boyfriend got one, we learned that kitchen will be opening in half an hour and that we can only go for pastry in the meantime. This was a bummer. Staff spoke English and the girl was pleasant to deal with. There was also menu in English. The place is generally quite chaotic and noisy. But if you are into historical buildings, you'll enjoy the style that the interior is decorated with.

I recently visited a café in Florence and had a wonderful experience. The coffee was excellent — we ordered cappuccinos, and they were perfectly prepared. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Pistachio pastry delightful. I liked the pizza. Attention of staff was ok. Some in attention when at the tables but if you waved they came over. Certain times felt like I was inconveniencing them, but I dunno if that is truly how they felt. I enjoyed the pizza. Light and fluffy. The spritzes were super tasty! Great building to be in for a break of all the busy.
