Stopped here for a quick espresso at the end of the afternoon and it turned out to be a lovely little moment. The café was quite busy, but the service was still warm and welcoming — the lady who served me was incredibly kind. The espresso was exactly what you want in Italy: simple and well made. It was a very pleasant visit. A friendly atmosphere, modern design, and my first encounter with the Cynar liquor not in a cocktail, but pure on ice. It was amazing that we found a reprint of a 1950s newspaper advertising Cynar.
