The food was reasonably good, with medium-high prices, considering we spent €32 for 2 of us. One thing I wanted to point out for a moment was the really long wait times. The staff didn't take customers into consideration when making payments. Furthermore, people who arrived after us ate before us. It wasn't very fair to us, you be the judge...

25-minute wait for two sandwiches. Three people preparing orders from the kitchen (orders that apparently weren't arriving, so much so that at one point the cashier snapped at the kitchen for not keeping track of orders placed/to be placed). Logistically, it's a nightmare on two floors, making it difficult to transport orders upstairs. The entrance is small, with totems positioned to block the passageway. There are only a few dirty tables, with no one sent to clean them. The only positives are the cashier, who was the only one to realize my order had been sitting there for over 20 minutes, and
