Prètto Prosciutteria e Convivio has a nice atmosphere and the food was good overall, especially if you want to try more traditional Italian flavors and cured meat specialties. The ingredients tasted fresh and the quality was definitely there. That said, the flavors personally didn’t match my Asian taste preferences too well, so it wasn’t the kind of meal I would crave again. Still, it could be a good experience if you want to try something local and authentic.

Great spot away from the masses of tourists that has an authentic Italian deli / tavern feel! The service was welcoming and the food was DELICIOUS! We had the osobucco and porchetta with potatoes! Nothing fancy just hearty flavourful food!

The steak (tagliata) is exception, best steak I had so far in Tuscany. It is buttery and melts in the mouth. It’s also well seasoned with salt and capers, and has a rich beefy taste to it. The price is reasonable for its quality (€20). I will highly recommend it. The tagliata pecorino (steak with goat cheese sauce and caramelised onions) is even MORE delicious, highly recommend it as well. We’ve also ordered the beef stomach sandwich (lampredotto sandwich).
