Absolutely avoid. The bad review refers to the online purchase. Four steaks ordered at a high price. Of these, one arrived with damaged packaging, the vacuum seal broken. I sent an email to report it and they told me the product was good and properly stored. WHAT?? I received a product with irregular packaging and no longer vacuum-sealed, and you tell me it's still good?? What if it was a gift?? I was hoping to find a supplier of high-quality steaks, but instead I found someone who doesn't follow the rules and is trying to be sneaky. I'll skip the confusion with the courier. End of stor
