Yasmeen A.★Extremely disappointing experience at The Deck. We used to visit this venue regularly for years and always considered it one of the finest places in Amman. Unfortunately, our recent visit was completely different and left us genuinely shocked. We spent around 500 JOD expecting a premium experience, but what we encountered was far from it. The atmosphere was unpleasant, the crowd was disruptive, and several guests behaved inappropriately. At one point, a complete stranger approached our table asking us to pay his bill, which was both shocking and unacceptable in a venue associated with this level of hospitality. What disappointed us most is how much the venue has declined compared to previous years. The standard of the crowd has deteriorated beyond recognition, turning what was once a sophisticated venue into an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment.
