The environment is good late Saturday nights. People are friendly and want to have fun. It's a good time. Though the karaoke options are great in Kazakh, Russian, and English, it doesn't display the lyrics well enough in advance for quick songs; but you can just use your phone. The tablets for the song lists are classy, but there aren't enough for everyone on Saturday nights, so you often have to wait a while. It's more good than bad though. The food is generally disappointing because you expect much better from a hotel of such caliber. Their nicest restaurant is delicious, but the standard options at the karaoke bar and by the pool are very disappointing. Never try their hamburger, for example: they don't even compete with Burger King - let alone truly delicious burger joints. The chicken shoshlik also has no flavor.
