Let's start by mentioning the nice reception at the door, We also liked the salads, platters and shishas we ordered, the salads ingredients were fresh , the taste of the chicken platters was good and the dishes presentation were nice and appetizing, the place atmosphere was pleasant and easy to talk, As for the service it was friendly and professional ... I visited Clix restaurant at dam wel farez in Tripoli and it was an incredible experience. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful decor and comfortable seating. The menu offered an extensive range of dishes, all of which were expertly prepared and presented. Unfortunately I was really surprised that they are serving the juices with plastic cups. The tastes was bad and the prices are expensive comparing to the quality. The shisha was fine

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. I recently took my kids here to eat, the utensils were sticky with residue of previous food. The owner was disrespectful to my children, you can also tell by this face he was not so happy to serve you. The employes weren't much better giving mean looks and snickering at each other. So in all honesty not a good place. Do not come

I parked my car infront a different shop away arround 30-40m and the vallet parking guy didnt help or parked my car, he wasnt even visible. after sitting down for 30 mins..the staff asked me to pay for the vallet parking guy because he wants to leave early. That was uncomfortable. The staff are nice and the food is okay. But me and my wife felt intimidated from that gesture as when the staff were asking for the money, the vallet parking was peaking from over the fence for our reaction.
