A cozy little place. Parking wasn't a good one though. Quite limited and u may need to park on the roadside, small and busy lane beside the lake. Two storey area, and as usual i chose the upstairs. They have floor to ceiling glass windows so u have good natural lighting and feel open and cozy, and air-conditioned so u can enjoy the outside without the heat. Good cold beers are always a must. Food quality was good. Staffs were attentive and helpful. Many couples come and hang out, but friends and groups are also present. Can drop by for aupnof coffee or a pint of (several pints) beers, sure why not.

I went here on my birthday with my bestie and it was a great eating out experience. They have a car parking lot which is great but no restroom indoors. There's only one in the parking lot and it doesn't look good. Seats are spacious, can fit from 3 to 6 people I think and chairs are quite comfy. Definitely LOVED the food there. Price is reasonable and it felt like a fine dining experience. Coffee is also incredible. Will definitely come back to dine with my Fam!

If you are someone who love to enjoy coffee while watching the view of parks and Nautral lake of Yangon, this is it, this is the place for it, the seats are comfortable and there's also huge parking (free) for visitors, if you wanan come I think it would be best to come around at the weekends since it can be crowed here. When raining? don't think other way just come straight to this coffee shop, mannn it's the best time here when raining. the catch? idk man, about wifi, it literally needs to enter voucher code to use it, I don't mind but it can be problematic for someone who don't wanna enter code for every device to use.
