Went there for Valentine's Day , great atmosphere , fireplace live entertainment. Great service . Food decent but could be better , good portion sizes . If you are a sensitive person then the live entertainment might be too much , you can then go to another area . There were some young kids for a 4 course menu so kids ate like in 5 mins and had to wait for parents so they were crying and stuff , may bother some people , not restaurants fault . Parking full close by but you can find just have to walk a few minutes. So summary worth trying

My family and I were staying at the IBIS down the street and stumbled upon this place after the “restaurant” there only had pizza Resturant Colijn was such a great treat. The restaurant itself is beautiful, backs up against a green space and a walking trail. The porn star martini was absolutely delicious and I enjoyed a seasonal bowl of pumpkin soup. My husband had the Cesar salad, that had the MOST delicious chicken and bacon on it. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone staying nearby to fly out of AMS.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. We booked this restaurant a week in advance because we were expecting friends visiting from other country. We specifically chose this place because I celebrated my birthday here in February, and everything was wonderful then. That is why the changes we experienced during our visit in May were so disappointing. When the waiter asked what we would like to drink, we asked for a drinks menu, but were told that there was no drinks menu. We then asked what was available, and the answer was simply: “Everything.” Later, our guest ordered a cocktail and water
