UBK★★★★★Great place for breakfast and brunch. We loved customizing on top bread-egg combinations. Ice coffee was not that cold enough but it was okey. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Once we come Breda again we prefer this place again.

The food was very delicious, the pancakes were perfect, but the toppings were a bit too sweet for our taste. The coffee was very good and overall it was a 10/10 experience.
