Surprisingly large and airy room. No plastic shower nor funny hangers. Tea/coffee in room. No iron/ironing board in room. Comfortable bed. Despite bar/restaurant on ground floor, 3rd floor room quiet at night. Did not try breakfast.

I was a nearly daily customer at Queen Eindhoven, but today’s experience was completely unacceptable. I sat right next to the bar and saw utensils being reused from one customer to another without proper cleaning. Even worse, the eggs I received were contaminated, with green-blue spots — clearly unsafe to eat. For €21.80, I expected quality and hygiene, not a health risk. I will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities. Very disappointed.

Hello, overall a good experience at Queen Hotel's Cafe', but there is quite a sad note about the service and the food. If customers order from the menu something like fried eggs, bacon, cheese and mushrooms, conventionally, internationally they expect to find that on the plate. What did you deliver? A spicy mix of peppers, red onion and herbs on top of the plate ... plus the bacon was minced (not shredded nor sliced). I'm not complaining about the quality of the food itself - that was ok! But I think this is not very professional. In fact, you should specify on the menu all of the ingredients

In the heart of Eindhoven, easy to find. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The historical building a gem .The rooms were clean and quiet. Perfect spot to explore Eindhoven.
