To our shock, we discovered a nail in one of our dishes. This is not only completely unacceptable, but it also poses a serious health risk and violates basic food safety regulations. We expected your team to handle the situation with the gravity it deserves. Instead, we were offered only a 10% discount, which we found to be an entirely inadequate response to such a dangerous and alarming oversight. We urge you to take this
