We were a group of 7 and had a table between kitchen and toilet, waiters were nice and forthcoming! Food was pretty average had the vegetarian pasta. Noise level and light was somewhat unpleasant and leaving the door open while 12 degrees is probably slightly to cold to feel comfortable.

We went out to a restaurant today, the whole family. The service was excellent but the dishes were disappointing. starters were ok, not bad, the prawns were nice, really not special, And more relative to the fact that it is their specialty. The main dishes: the vegetarian dish was simply vegetables, nothing special, no protein; Soy or tofu, the steak was impossible to cut, it was rubbery not chewy and not tasty, the (strange) chicken was clearly undercooked. Fabulous experience in central Haarlem. Delicious 4 course surprise menu, served with great service and smiles. Felt very at home eating here, which is nice when one travels by oneself. All dishes top-notch and lovely wines, but the haddock was something sublime. I'll be back!
