I've been working in Haarlem for around a year now and tend to visit Ignite about once a month. With so many restaurants in the city, that's probably the biggest compliment I can give. As strange as it sounds, I order exactly the same thing every time. Ironically, I can never remember what it's called, but it's a combination of steak and pasta. The steak is cooked beautifully, the pasta is rich, creamy and full of flavour, and the two work surprisingly well together. Been here a while ago for a birthday, so hopefully the yummy food from the pictures is still on the menu. We loved the pasta! Besides that they take your wishes into account and are very polite.

Amazing Italian place! I loved all the dishes we ordered. Buratta was fresh, cheese was served with strawberries and olives (for €4 as side 🍓), Gambas we full of taste and the bread served with gambas nicely paired with its oil. Tiramisu is amazing here! I highly recommend this place. However, please take into account that we were there when only 4 tables were occupied and waited for the food for ~20 mins, as per earlier reviews it might take quite long if the place is fool. I would definitely return to try pasta and pizza here 🍕
