Excellent food. It took a while for main dish to arrive after our nan but it was worth the wait. We had the chicken masala and the lamb biryani. Both excellent. The roti was also good.

The food was dry really dry. Asked for a moski mittie I only got chicken, maybe the pork escaped and got captured by spareribs express. My vegetables looked like the were microwaved. The pastei was also very dry and nasi tasted like the seasoning left a week ago. Even the marinade tasted like the dropped it in a cup of water stirred it, and than put it on my food.

Had a lovely dinner at Spices! The food was genuinely delicious – my Roti Lam Extra Speciaal was packed with super tender lamb and rich, authentic flavors (highly recommend it!). The Paneer Tikka Masala was also spot-on. It’s got a cozy, unpretentious vibe inside – warm lighting and decor make it feel relaxed. Service was really friendly and attentive throughout our meal. Great spot for satisfying, flavourful Indian food in Hoorn.
