The restaurant wasn’t really busy, which makes me question why the service was so bad; empty drink glasses for long periods of time, food took forever to come out, and we weren’t even asked at the end if we enjoyed the food or not (I have a feeling they knew we didn’t, and didn’t want to find out). As for the food, it was such a let down. We were first delivered bread, but were not given oil/salt/pepper. By looking around the restaurant it was hit and miss who got this. The starters tasted and looked like something a child just put together. It just seemed really cheap. As for the pizza, well,

Don't be upsetti, go to Paletti!! (And eat some spaghetti) The food and vibes were amazing! The people are really friendly and welcoming. It was the full experience with the bread and served water included. Finally some pizza that felt like we are back in Italy 💚🤍❤️ and the tiramisu tasted exactly like some we had in Tuscany. We have eaten at Paletti several times and have always had delicious food and amazing service. This latest visit gave us the opportunity to try their famous Spaghetti Paletti, which is made table side in a huge Parmesan wheel. They only offer it during the cooler months because it’s too rich for the warmer time of year and they always consider seasonality with their menus. The Spaghetti Paletti was definitely worth it! Watching it prepared was immensely entertaining and the pasta was absolutely delicious. We were 7 people and 4 of us opted for the famous dish. Our daughter had Spaghetti Carbon
