Had a very unfortunate experience. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation (18:55) and we saw that there were tables reserved for other people but never saw my name. A very nice young guy from the staff helped us look and couldn't find it either but he said we could then choose something, no problem. They did not gave us an eating menu until we asked for it, only the drinks one. Then they took our order after people who arrived after us (19:15).
