I’ve been buying the chicken wings, original chicken, and chicken burgers from here for a long time and never had any problems before. Recently, though, after ordering the same items, I experienced stomach issues, which is unusual for me because I generally have a strong stomach and rarely react badly to food. I felt nauseous, like I was going to throw up, and had a pretty rough digestive experience afterward. The food itself tastes good, but whatever may have changed has me concerned. Of course, this is just my personal experience.

I was coming there for about 3 months for every lunch break and frequently also after work for a chicken.. I was on bicycle and I was using drive thru window.. and everything was just like normal KFC. But then there was a different girl at drive thru window and she said as she will not sell me anything as I am not in the car... so I had to go inside. I came inside and there was her again. She said as she will not serve me inside as I have dirty clothing ( she was shouting that). Well I was just a little bit dirty but not smelly - just workwear, I just wanted to take it away. I stopped coming

100% chicken thighs in the bucket now for the 3rd time already and even complaining about it. It's supposed to be mixed, but it seems they don't care. Also talking to those Gen Z's, you know it will end up in nothing. Just a waste of words and energy talking to people who are so not interested in questions from a customer. These days man! Wow! Really missing the good old time. KFC Veenendaal West embodies this often seen attitude you see nowadays. A "shut up and eat and if you don't like it screw you!" mentality.

Food was excellent as usually... It is our favourite fast food after all. But sorry to say while we were there the order took a bit long and they missed 2 items to our order. To 3 other tables around us happend the same sadly... at least they were on the continuous bad streak 😃 For the fact that they don't offer wet tissues no more I should also drop a star. Envoirment is one but dirty sticky hands while encouraged to eat using them... is another issue 🤔 A menu for 2 was 20€.
