Absolute hidden gem in Zaandam, deep in the Hem area. Food is amazing. Something for everybody, from burger to pizza to high cuisine dishes. Tried a couple of starters, loved the tuna and dessert. Great craft beer beautiful location. Not that expensive. Go!

We visited Lab-44 on a sunny, hot Saturday evening. The place is very special. Inside an industrial area, it has a unique atmosphere and it’s very own character. It’s not the typical touristic restaurant you will find in a city, and I realised it’s a place locals know and prefer. We had dinner at the terrace. Service was quick and personnel very polite.
