Flavours Restaurant is one of the worst things that had ever happened to me. I make an order of 2 plates of Jellof rice and salad with chicken (takeaway). When my order was ready, i moved forward to collect it, i discovered that there is no salad included. When i questioned the waiter about the missing salad in my order, he was now telling me that the salad is finished. I then angrily asked him that, why didn't he inform us that the salad is finished in the first place? He started giving us some flimsy, childish, unnecessary excuses. We thanked him for giving us what he like instead of giving us what we needed (ordered for). We left. On reaching home, the biggest disappointment is what you will see in the attached photo of what Flavours Restaurant served us. The attached photo is a plate of jellof rice and a part of squab (pigeon meat) instead of a plate of jallof rice and salad with chicken, at the cost of 3k per plate. ALLAH YA isa 6k dina.

Pros: hygienic environment, Tasty meals. Cons: They lack variety, it could get really overcrowded and it takes up to 20mins minimum to get your meal served. PS: if you are in Kano and you want a nice looking and tasty meal in a hygienic environment and you are willing to endure hunger for another 20 minutes or more, then flavours is the right place to go to

Your Food is Nice, But the quality of cooking the rice is some how compare the Others. I am not a cook man, but like you are putting too much water on it. 2. Too much delay when its come to order Chips, some times 30 minutes. 3. Lack of small change eg. 100, its always forcing customers to purchase water or to leave their change. 4. Lack of MOBILE Transactioms Eg. POS. 5. I will recommend the all staff their more dedicated service more espicially one yellow guy and Lady, this two people I mention they are not tired always.
