The food portions have dropped drastically and everything tasted bland. Last year the servings were generous but it feels like Ottimo has stopped putting in any effort and has become completely overrated. The steak was chewy, the mushroom sauce was awful felt like canned mushrooms were floating in some broth, and the fries were burnt with a terrible aftertaste. Please replace your chef because this was unacceptable. The worst part was the lack of hygiene. The cutlery had a strange metallic taste and we had to ask the server to wash it twice. This was an extremely disappointing experience coming from someone who had high hopes from this place.

It was an enjoyable experience. A bit expensive though. My second visit was better. The food is good, but nothing extraordinary or special. Not a fan of their burgers and sandwiches. The deserts are very nice. There was an issue with our pasta for which they not only reimbursed us, but also offered 3 complimentary desserts. So that was a treat. When I got my burger packed, they gave extra fries as well so pretty neat customer service too. Atmosphere is nice as well. Price is high, a good place to visit once in a while.

**Cafe Ottimo ** After so many recommendations, finally visited Cafe Ottimo today and I must say it was worth it!!! Had a fantastic experience Everything was finger licking good. The best part was all the dishes were served extremely hot and within 15-20 mins. We had three layer cake and chocolate fudge in dessert and that too was very scrumptious 😋 Over All the experience was very Good & most importantly, its very economical. I would only suggest to work on the space and ambiance. Recommended (4.5/5)

The cafe vista is quite attractive well ventilated the most attractive thing about dine in is the view outside while enjoying food it’s gives so much joy specially dinner is much fun and enjoyable. Although place is not much spacious yet fruitful.
