First of all we were told to wait 5 minutes but ended up waiting almost half an hour. Ordered a small pizza cupcakes and milkshake the bill came upto 2500 which is a too much as it is. And to add insult to injury the food was absolutely not edible. Only the pizza was a bit okay. The milkshake especially tasted like medicine. There was no fruity taste. The vibe of the place was okay. P.s i have a stomachache now.

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered 8 cappuccinos worth over Rs. 4000 and still the staff refused to allow cake cutting, even though we planned to order more food. The behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful—they literally told us to leave. No basic manners, no customer service. What’s worse, my disabled mother was with me and they showed zero empathy or consideration. Pathetic service. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Probably the worst branch of cp out there. Visited them multiple times as family was visiting and the experiece was horrendous everytime in summers. The first floor sitting is burning hot in summer and they'd only switch on one AC which isnt sufficent to cool the glass pane floor. Coming to the food, their cookies/browines and everything is stale/old. Tried that on 3 different times and everytime it was literal rock hard cookie and brownie was stale. The coffee is pretty average. Very embarassing experience if you have guests visiting. I dont even understand how their business is surviving

Ordered 2 hazelnut coffees! Strongly Smelled like roasted peanuts! And very shitty taste! Waste of money!
