Hope you got your Losartan tablet ready for this one. Livestock serves great crispy pata, good enough on its own or paired with rice (or cold beer). The soft pata with thin and crispy skin can really be sliced with a popsicle stick. The price may be a bit high for pata but it really is refined when compared to cheaper ones. The spicier option is really satisfying. The kick is there but not enough to be uncomfortable. To deviate slightly, their Kare-Kare slaps haed with its thick, flavorful sauce. The Nachos really gets your appetite up. The Gising-Gising couls be spicier but that may be just my personal preference. Ordering Sisig is good for its price but may have been a bad choice for our health but lets not dwell on that. Overall, good food served fast in generous portions. I recommend drinking hot tea or pineapple juice after dining here.

Went there for their Crispy Pata. It didn’t disappoint - crunchy on the outside but juicy inside and delightfully seasoned. Their tokwa’t baboy, however, was lackluster— the baboy was soooooo dry (I had a feeling they either used the droppings or burnt ends of crispy pata or served an order that has been sitting under the warmer for a while.) Their Pot De Creme was also unimpressive. OK, i get that it literally is a pot of cream pero hindi naman siguro ikamamatay ng cook/chef kung lagyan ng texture through a crumble on top? It looked, tasted and felt like everything came from a jar — all the chef had to do was spoon it into the serving pot. Unimaginative. Servings are just right for 2-3 peeps. Service staff were attentive and respectful.

Best crispy ulo I’ve tried! The meat is very tender, and honestly, this is more sulit than the pata since the maskara is boneless. Their gising-gising is super good too! There’s parking available at the building, though somewhat limited, but you can also find street-side parking with an attendant to assist. Their cocktails are okay—I tried the sangria and it was just alright.

We ordered the salted egg rice, nuked crispy pata, and gising-gising. The salted egg rice was interesting, had small crab meat, and was not too greasy nor salty. The nuked crispy pata was indulgent, spicy (but not spicy enough to want to sip after a bite, and comes with chili garlic, chimichuri, and soy sauce. Gising-gising was a surprise because it came with generous servings of pulled pork meat. Place is tito-coded, but family friendly; air conditioning was good. Great for Pinoy comfort food.

We loved all of the dishes but I'd have to say the mongo was underwhelming. But all the rest were 100% yum most especially the crispy pata. The gising gising was also really tasty and everyone on our table loved it. The asparagus with veggies were spiced really well. Food was served so quickly, my boyfriend went out for a smoke and he didnt even finish his cigarette and the food was already there! Great service from the staff and we also got to sit at the nicest spot there, on the couch. Oh and thanks for playing the bday song for me when it was time to blow out my candles on the cake 🎂 we'll be back for more, for sure!
