The service was great, and the overall experience was good. The soup tasted like a commercial one, similar to what you find in many restaurants and groceries in Portugal. The rice was good, but the fried fish had gone back to the river or the sea before it reached my plate (soggy). On the positive side, the dessert was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.

I had the pleasure of dining with friends I hadn't seen in nearly a decade at Frigideiras da Sé and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed the Bife à casa, which was cooked to perfection and full of flavor. Not only was the food excellent, but the beer was also served perfectly cold (I had a couple of "finos"), which added to the overall dining experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a relaxed meal under the near Spring sun. One thing that stood out to me the most was the exceptional service.
