We visited for desserts and tried the serica pudding and chocolate brownie. Both desserts were tasty, with the chocolate brownie being more dry and cake-like versus fudgy. However, we ordered a glass of port wine to go with dessert and they brought something like sangria with lemon, which was very disappointing. The patio was nice and we really appreciated them serving us out there before it was officially opened.

A Bruxa D’Évora is really outstanding. Set in beautifully restored old stables, the restaurant has a warm, atmospheric interior that blends history with contemporary style. The food is excellent — refined Alentejo flavours, superb local ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly judged, and the wine list is very well chosen. A memorable dining experience and an absolute must in Évora. Definitely very highly recommended.

This restaurant is located little back from the street but a hidden gem. Large menu variety with immaculate service and attention to detail. The vegetable soup, local cheese and three game appetizer was a hit. I tried their black pork specialty- yum!!! When we were leaving the host said “just give me a call if you need assistance with anything while in Portugal”. Now that is going above & beyond.
