This place has the best food so far in all Portugal! The food is served tapas style and meant to be shared. Every dish was delicious with a complex mix of flavors. I am unable to name my favorite as they were all so good. We had four items the first time and five entirely different items the next time. We finished every single item except for the cabbage. The only reason we didn't finish it was we were stuffed.

On our first night in Evora, we searched this place out as our Air B&B host recommended it. What a treat! This was the best meal we had in Portugal by far. We had the wild boar fritters, orange salad and the beef cheeks. Every dish was very well prepared and had excellent presentation and taste. We had a white sangria and it was served with cucumber and mint. Very refreshing and a nice way to sip something over dinner. This was a hit for us and we would recommend this place very easily. As a treat we were granted a bottle of the house-made penny royal liquor. A great way to finish the night.
