Chanced across this little taberna and it was a pleasant surprise. The bacalhau a bras is super tasty. And there was this breaded fried sausage which we didn't expect but was so good. The chocolate mousse dessert was recommended by the staff and was fantastic also. Very friendly service and good food and wine!

If you are a tourist in Porto looking for an affordable place for lunch then I would recommend this spot. The prices were quite affordable! I also liked their Bacalhau à Brás (the cod fish, onions and potatoes were fried well!!). I wasn’t a big fan of the Dourada I ordered. I think the size of the fish was small for the price and it would’ve been nice to have some olive oil and salt on my boiled potatoes. But, the staff were nice and the atmosphere was great. 😊

Kind of a hidden gem, located nearby Rua de Santa Catarina. It was not so crowded as places located on the walkway itself, so we were able to get place without waiting. The food was great, we have ordered appetizers, main course and dessert - all very tasty. Service was also with excellent quality, taking good care of us. Will definitely visit again while being in Porto.

Incredibly delicious restaurant! Steaks are delicious, as well as the baccalhau starter (the small fried fish balls). The fried codfish was also delicious, although a little too charred on the bottom. The crème brulée was simply divine and unique! On top of that, the price is very good. Definitely a great place to enjoy good food!
