"I was very disappointed with my visit. Most of the items listed on the menu were unavailable, which made ordering a struggle. To make matters worse, the service was subpar and the food quality didn't live up to the price—you can definitely find better taste and value at other nearby restaurants. Additionally, the facility only has a single washroom for everyone, which is both inconvenient and poorly maintained. I won't be returning."

We are regular customer as the food is good. But I visited today Friday 22 May 2026 in the morning and the waiter was so rude and he dint even reply with proper face. I was repeatedly calling him for AC remote but he dint respond instead he said " dont spoil the mood in the morning" and said he wont serve the food and it will take more time to serve. And he made us leave the restaurant.

Visited with family and Order 3 mutton biryani today evening.......had worst experience in my life as biryani got served cold and all mutton pieces were burnt, looks like whole handi got burnt as all the 3 bowls of biryani contains burnt mutton pieces......at serving stage itself it can be easily noticed in the kitchen itself but they are serving as they believe that customer will eat anything and will go......my sincere advice to Zaiqa Restaurant is that if you don't have better cook then don't prepare the Biryani and make false claim as Hyderabadi Biryani and serve to customers.....customers come with expectations and with hard earned money..... I will not recommend to any one....better mend it now before it's too late....also use minimum standard of crockery instead local plastic plates......

I recently visited Zaiqa Restaurant for breakfast, hoping to enjoy a good South Indian experience. They offer popular dishes like dosa, idli, and puri, and the food presentation was decent. However, the overall taste didn’t quite meet expectations. While the main items were acceptable, all the chutneys were surprisingly very sweet, which took away from the authentic South Indian flavor that usually balances spice, tanginess, and mild sweetness. This made the meal feel less traditional and a bit disappointing. Also, diabetic patients should be careful, as the sweetness in the chutneys is quite noticeable and may not be suitable for them.

Yesterday we went to Zaiqa Restaurant in Dammam for dinner expecting to enjoy good biryani. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst biryanis I have ever eaten in my life. When I informed the server that the biryani had no salt, instead of correcting it properly, he brought a salt container and told me to add salt myself and eat it. This is not acceptable. Biryani should be properly cooked and seasoned in the kitchen. It is not the customer’s job to fix the taste at the table. I also ordered a special mutton curry (gosh), but it was extremely sweet and completely disappointing. I have never tasted such a sweet mutton curry before. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this restaurant. Except for breakfast, the rest of the food has been very poor. The staff also needs proper training on customer service and communication. Overall, it was a very disappointing dinner experience.never ever go zaiqa restaurant for dinner.....

Visited this restaurant during lunch.... Restaurant was quite and tables were organized... Was not happy with the chairs as I didn't feel comfortable and the felt a bit low in height... Customer service was okay... Ordered rice , rotti and Zaiqa special chicken.... Requested for spicy but was not spicy at all... Rice was okay ... Rotti was really good and soft...
