Very bad and unprofessional service ,they don’t have experienced barista nor the time to prepare my order was convenient ( 20 mins for a coffee and a cheese sandwich while the place was empty) , too bad the business owner had to pay so much for the decoration but failed to level up the staff. P.S this small sandwich costed 16 riyals and took 20 mins to serve

I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru and no one came. And this is definitely not the first time. Even if they were preparing orders, there weren’t even any customers there. In the end, only after I honked did someone notice me, and when I tried to order, they said there was no Spanish latte available. Honestly, if this wasn’t the closest branch to my workplace, I would never come here. The service is bad in every way.

I had a terrible experience at 8oz Coffee. The coffee tasted like shit and it was cold. When I asked them to heat it up, they told me it’s “not possible” because it comes like that from the machine. Only when I got visibly upset did they finally agree to warm it. Completely unprofessional attitude and very disappointing service. Definitely not going back.
