Disappointing Experience at this Restaurant in Hargeisa Poor Treatment and Unprofessional Management After many years of traveling and visiting numerous restaurants and cafés around the world, especially in Africa and Asian countries, I can honestly say that what I experienced at one restaurant in Hargeisa was among the worst service encounters I have ever had. I wanted to spend my last evening in Hargeisa before traveling to another destination, so I chose to sit at this restaurant. Unfortunately, that evening turned into a series of frustrating and unprofessional incidents and drama. Details are as follows: 1. Unjustified delay: I sat down and ordered tea and water, while I was in online meeting and planning to wait for my companion to arrive ,so we could have dinner together. A full 45 minutes passed without anyone bringing my simple order. 2. Inappropriate behavior: After this long wait, a different employee (not the one who took my initial order) came to ask me again about my
