True gallego fare. This place is up there with the best of the city, quietly so. It is without pretension, as a grandmother should cook, and likely does—The pair in the kitchen put out food that makes you feel a sense of belonging, quite how I’m still pin pointing, but I think it is the honestly, there is no alienation here. I like how the waiter smiles, it is just him serving and he does it well, with charm and familiarity. Taking great care to place down your dish, allowing you to try your wine. Do come

Special thank you to the extremely hands on and friendly waiter. The food is made from good and fresh products but lacks creativity. Prices are good for the area. Coffee can be better.

The food and service were good, but we very disappointed to see that we were way overcharged. A small basket of bread that we didn't even ask for - 5.50 Euros. We were also overcharged for pimientos de padron - the board outside listed the price as 6.50 Euros and we were charged 13 Euros. Tourists should stay away.

Great for people watching. Don't go if you are in a rush. They only have one elderly waiter and an elderly cook. But the food is oue of this world. Octopus, sardines and mussels.
