It has great food and it's service is excellent, we all had the chuleton, it was fresh and tender beef plate that paired with a fresh salad with a goat cheese provided a full of flavor, delicious and tasty meal.The plus gad been achieved earlier, since the kitchen was closed at the time of arrival and Emmanuel was kind enough to open the kitchen for us. It's a must when coming to Ávila and hungry just get closer to Plaza del Mercado chico.

We arrived in Ávila after 4 PM and were absolutely starving. We tried three other places, but this was the only one that welcomed us and offered to cook, even though the kitchen was already closed. And what an incredible chuletón it was! Easily the best meal we’ve had so far. Highly recommended! The host was so kind and even spoke to us in our native language. Truly a great experience!

I just had Chuletón de Ávila and beer at this bar by chance. Last dinner before I leave the city tomorrow, and the place did not disappoint. The signature dish of Ávila was just cooked right. I didn't have to salt it more. Emmanuel who was working the register also made sure that his customer enjoys the food. Small bar right at the square. Great value too.

Loved this place! We went on a Thursday and enjoyed great live music, dancing, and a lively local crowd. The vermouth was excellent and the food was delicious—an authentic Spanish experience I’d definitely repeat!
