I'm sorry to say but this establishment is an utter joke. It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant but it is everything but fast. On any given day I've had to wait from thirty to forty minutes for an order, which is perfectly fine for a normal restaurant which has freshly made food, not a restaurant such as yours. There seems to be a complete lack of organisation and communication skills. The screen needs to be fixed or at least turned on as there is one guy calling out orders, and since there is no difference between people dining in and people taking out so much time is wasted. Unsanitary conditions courtesy of Burger King. I've had bad experiences with delivery orders from another restaurant in this chain for the same reason: they wrap the food in paper that falls apart on contact with grease and moisture, so at the slightest touch, all the food is exposed. You ask Uber for an explanation, and they redirect you to the restaurant, and the restaurant redirects you to Uber. They just pass the buck.
