I have been to Spain for a week and I have been starving. This is the best food I had in a while and I do love good food! They serve what they have that day so you have surprise but it's all soo good. I had five courses and I can't eat anything else and they had for a desert this take on tiramisu and it was the best I had ever ... If you ever happen to be in Bilbao this is bucket list item!

During our stay in Blibao, we dined here on a Thursday evening. We called quite last minute, but there was still room. Despite the fact that I was pregnant, the staff responded enthusiastically and said we were very welcome. We were first in line, so we could choose our own table. They also took the customized menu very well into account. It was nice not to have to think about or figure out what I was having for dinner. It's a very simple place in appearance but really creative and big on flavor. The smallest menu is a 5 course surprise sampler and you're allowed to keep expanding it as you please. Over all a super cool concept and you can tell it's enjoyed by all types of people from around the community. I think it's really special that they adjust the menu to your dietary restrictions. I had the vegetarian version. I don't even like dessert but I think that wasy favorite. I'm only deducting a star because the opening "tofu" zucchini dish was too salty and I expanded my menu to 7 plates but had to repe
