An experience at Atrio is far more than just a meal; it is a profound sensory journey that remains with you long after the final course. From the moment of arrival, you feel special & the night’s journey begins with a tour of their legendary wine cellar—a true sanctuary housing some of the rarest vintages from the world’s top winemakers. The setting itself is masterfully designed, with perfect lighting and an ambiance that feels both sophisticated and intimate. We were honored when the owners Jose and Chef Toño stopped by our table to welcome us personally before embarking on an epic progressi

A Three-Star Restaurant That Didn’t Quite Live Up to Expectations We recently dined at Atrio in Cáceres, and while the restaurant holds three Michelin stars and comes with a very high price point, our experience fell short in several key ways. Service felt extremely rushed. From the moment the meal began, dishes were delivered one after another with barely a few seconds in between. Despite the dining room being almost empty—just our table, another two-top, and a group of five—the pacing gave us no room to enjoy the courses or reset between flavors. The wine experience was also disappointing

Atrio has consistently been the top dining experience in Cáceres for decades, and for good reason. The staff, and even the owners, consistently provide a warm and personalized visit. The wine service and the unequaled cellar are worth the visit all by themselves: if you are a wine enthusiast you mustn't miss their expertly curated selection. The service is consistently exceptional, feeling almost choreog

I wish I could give 5 ⭐️but I don’t feel it deserves it. The menu is very good, very pork based but it is their concept, fully understood. What I can’t understand is that after asking several times to slow down the speed of the courses, nothing changed. What supposed to be a great experience ended up being the worse Michelin experience (from many). The restaurant was noisy, waitress laughing and chatting continuously among themselves. For the money paid, a better and enjoyable experience was expected.
