Another great Nikkei place in Madrid. The service was attentive and amicable. The menu was exciting and we were having trouble deciding exactly what to order. In the end we ordered the Mori, Yukra, Siu Mai, Maki Ahumado, and the Fried Rice. Everything was delicious but the standouts were the Maki Ahumado and fried rice! We also had to try the pisco bar drinks as they were creative. We tried the Atawalpa and El Inti. I wish the Atawalpa had more Yuzu flavor but it was still delightful. El Inti was pretty much my perfect cocktail; sweet, acidic, but still tastes like pisco. Lastly we had the Añ

From when we walked in it was an inviting venue as well as a gastronomic experience. Food was well prepared with layers of umami goodness. Presentation was artistic and inviting. Juan, our server, gave us fabulous recommendations. We got the langostina pop, siu mai, mitsutaki, ceviche and añya. The dessert was probably my least favorite only because it was really sweet.

I was expecting an experential dining experience with flavours. This was more of an "ali-express" type of dining. Nothing special and way too expensive. We had a discount from the fork and it still found it expensive for what it was. Plates do pretty look different from the pictures in the menu.

Absolutely loved MiTiKo in Cuzco! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The anticucho was tender and perfectly grilled, the pulp had that amazing smoky touch, and the lomo saltado was just outstanding. The fish of the day (dorada) was super fresh, and the ceviches were bright, fresh, and full of personality. We finished with the tres leches and the chocolate dessert, both incredible. The service was top-notch — friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can tell they put heart into every detail. Highly recommend — a must-visit spot in Cuzco!
