I visited Singular for the first time today and I was really impressed with the staff, the setting and the food. I went for the brunch menu and sat outside. The food was great and tasty, and came out quickly. Nice seats and tables in the shade across the road from the river. Inside is nice too. The coffee wasn’t my favourite (maybe they use ultra heat treated (UHT) milk?) but the orange juice was sour and refreshing. The staff were lovely, attentive and spoke to me in English which I appreciated. The music was a little strange for a cute, trendy place and included Queen, the Village People,
