We had a very nice meal and the staff was really friendly. It looks like a “bar de copas” but the food is excellent. We had the tuna hamburger, the cheese platter and the asparagus tips in the picture. The price was OK, a little expensive perhaps, for a bottle of wine, some sparkling water and the three dishes we paid 88 euros. Also the only desert available was cheese cake which seemed a limited variety.

We probably arrived just after 2pm. Two waiters completely ignored us after sitting us down. They went around and cleaned other tables around. After 15-20 minutes they asked as If we wanted anything. We ordered the drinks. At 3pm we ordered food. It's 15.46 at the moment and we are still waiting for the food to arrive. Tables came after us who ordered the similar food were served before us. Seems like they forgot half of our food already :)
