Very disappointing experience at the Rambla Catalunya store. I went to buy 10 sleeves to get a €6 voucher, but after paying I was told one product was out of stock. I was initially told the voucher would still apply, but later this was denied. The staff and manager made no real effort to solve the issue. I had to insist just to get basic assistance, and ended up going to another store, where the service was much better and more helpful. Horrible experience. They dont welcome you they dont explain you need to take a box and wait for you turn to be called on tjr box. Staff are snob and rude. Extremely bad consumer experience when you simply want to buy coffee. Beautiful store but thats it, everything else is horribly overrated. Avoid. Go to corte ingles instead or get on line.

Worse experience - if you have an online order to collect they don’t give you the thing to put yourself in the queue so you keep waiting with no one attending you. You keep waiting while people who came AFTER you are attended before.
