For 27 euros a weekend, enjoying lobster rice (which, by the way, deserves a 10/10), Rioja or Ribera wine, an exquisite cheesecake, etc., I don't think you'll find much better in Burgos. The service was excellent and very attentive, even though the dining room was completely full. For this reason, I recommend booking in advance on weekends. Highly recommended. WE WILL BE BACK.
