Ellie tried to overcharge my wife for two tostadas and a coffee and then once questioned began to aggressively insinuate that it was my wife’s fault for talking in her third language. The manager was nice and understanding about it. Unfortunately we could hear the rest of the staff talking about us behind the counter.

The drinks and service were definitely not satisfying. The staff was on a constant rush and we waited 15 minutes for our drinks to be ready. We only ordered a tea and a coffee. The cafe is busy with lots of noise, making it uncomfortable to seat in for a long time. I would definitely not recommend eating in here while having way better alternatives accessible by a 3-5 minutes walk.

Terrible service, incredible long wait for a simple order of 4 sandwiches. We were there at 5pm, hardly anyone in the cafetaria inside (how on earth is that possible?!) with at least 4 employees at work. Two stars are very generous for this place, but food wasn't bad and excuses for the long wait were appreciated

It's a big and spacious place. Very expensive place for the service and "goods" they provide. They clearly overcharged the ham and cheese croissant and a glass (shot) of orange juice.
