We came as we were turned away from La Castela which was fully booked, but that's probably a blessing in disguise. It's one of the few restaurants outside the city centre that's happy to have foreigners, and happy to serve food before 8pm. Both the food and wine are awesome, and the staff are very friendly despite our broken Spanish. We'll definitely come back when we return to Madrid.
