Diego Fernandez★They served my daughter a cracked glass Cacaolat. We poured a little into the glass and a small piece of glass broke off. I went to ask for a replacement, and the bartender didn't even look at me or answer. After I repeated myself twice, the cashier came over, asked me what was wrong, and told the bartender to replace it. I don't know, not even an apology would do. At least answer and confirm that you understood me, right?

Ana Martín★I'm giving it one star because it's the absolute worst... self-service, incredibly unfriendly staff, and the prices were outrageous. Two mini chocolate pastries were almost €2 each, and a cortado was €1.85! We won't be back!
Dayana Muñoz★The glass container of Cacaolat was broken, with a shard of glass inside. We went to exchange it, but the guy ignored us every time we tried to talk to him. The girl had to tell him what to do, and even after he gave us the Cacaolat, he still refused to speak to us.
