Perfect location, not as expensive as some other restaurants in the square. Friendly service, very pleasant to sit down on a sunny day. The one thing that surprised me, is that the shrimp in my paella seemed to have the black line under the skin (meaning the hadn’t been cleaned inside).

This place did not live up to its rating. The food was below anything that we ate in Madrid. The calamari with pesto was super oily with almost no taste and some pieces had the consistency of rubber and with each bite I was wondering if I wasn’t chewing on a bottle cap by accident. The server was more interested in talking with friends than attending to us, said friends were drunkenly clearing the tables around us and causing a ruckus. Total waste of time and money do not recommend!

Imran was an excellent server and put up with my limited Spanish. And, not to mention the location, ambiance, views, AND, most importantly the food. Cava sangria is not the most common thing and its excellent here. Stop by today and enjoy it as much as I do ever…..single….time……I’m in Madrid!
