I think the interior and decor of the restaurant is so cool! It is like sitting in a laboratory and having innovative neo-tapas-sushi-style. However, some of the items on the menu wasn't appealing to me at all. Especially the oyster, felt like eating mayo with some small pieces of oyster. Too rich and fatty. The staff is friendly and service is excellent! I'd say 3 stars for food and r stars for service. Reservation is recommended. It is more of a cocktail bar than a restaurant.

Great atmosphere and location, amazing smiling bartenders both the guy and the girl. Drinks were excellent and i had the chance to try them at Sips in Barcelona as well. I’ll definitely come back if in Madrid again.
