I ordered the Bacon Juanchoburger and the meat was perfectly seared, juicy, and cooked exactly as I requested. The bun wasn't your typical mass-produced kind: it held up well to moisture without falling apart, which was a nice touch. For starters, we ordered nachos with guacamole and potatoes with bacon.
