A special thanks to Napla, who recommended the Grilled Octopus with Mashed Potatoes as our starter—it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Outstanding dinner experience! We visited La Taberna de Peñalver and were blown away by both the food and the service. The scallops were perfectly grilled, and the seafood paella was rich and flavorful. We also loved the garlic shrimp and the fresh grilled vegetables. A special shout-out to our waiter, who was incredibly warm, helpful, and made us feel right at home. If you are looking for top-quality Spanish cuisine with excellent service, this is the place to be!

I love the Paella especially the rice, the flavor was rich and have wonderful smell and mouthfeel. We got the steak paella and it was great, the only thing was the streak of fat was still there, that’s the thing for the -1 star. The octopus galician style was also pretty good, very comparable to the ones i’ve had in Galicia. The server was very nice and very attentive, I had a great dining experience here! I would come back probably for the mixta or seafood paella!🥘
