Very good flavours & good wines. Loved how the dishes looked and tasted. It was a bit too bright in the restaurant, too much light. Which affects the ambience. Service was on point, very good team work. Very focused, a bit too much sometimes. The Spanish servers don’t really smile, are not hospitable at all. This is what I in generally noticed in Spain, in Ikaro asswell. It affects the experience very much. Try to get to know your guests or pretend that you care.
